You can read this site without creating an account. We use information to deliver and protect the site, answer messages and, only with your permission, understand which pages people read.
Information handled when you visit
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. It processes connection information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser details and security events. We use this information for our legitimate interests in keeping the site available and preventing abuse. Cloudflare handles operational logs under its service retention policies; we do not maintain a separate visitor-log archive.
The contact form uses a hashed IP identifier and request times to limit spam. The rate-limit record expires after 10 minutes without another accepted attempt. It is not used for advertising or analytics.
Optional analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics loads only after you select Accept in our cookie preferences. It may process page views, interactions, cookie identifiers, device and browser information, and approximate location. We use it to understand readership, based on your consent. We do not send contact-form contents to Analytics.
Our retention policy for Analytics user-level and event-level data is 14 months, controlled through Google Analytics settings. Aggregated reports may remain longer because that retention setting does not apply to them. Analytics remains off if it has not been configured.
Cookie and storage preferences
We save your analytics choice in your browser's local storage. Accepted analytics may set Google Analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer and choosing Essential only. This stops analytics on this site and removes its accessible analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. Clearing browser storage makes us ask again; if storage is blocked, your choice applies to the current visit.
Advertising and consent tools
We do not currently serve ads or load advertising cookies. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will update this policy and the consent choices before switching on advertising.
Messages you send
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, topic, subject and message. We use them to answer questions, handle corrections, privacy requests and copyright concerns, and prevent misuse. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need a reply address to respond. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
Resend sends contact-form emails. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards mail addressed to us to our editorial inbox, where our mailbox service stores it. We keep contact messages for up to 12 months and then delete them. We process correspondence for our legitimate interests in responding to readers and managing the publication, and to meet legal obligations where applicable.
Cloudflare, Resend, our mailbox service and Google Analytics may process information outside your country, including in the United States. We operate in Pakistan. Where UK or EU transfer rules apply, transfers require applicable safeguards, such as the service providers' data-processing terms and standard contractual clauses. You can contact us for details about the providers and safeguards relevant to your information.
Privacy choices and requests
Readers everywhere can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of their information. UK and EU readers may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to data portability, where applicable, and may complain to their local data-protection authority or the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
US readers, including California residents, may have rights to know, access, correct and delete personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing where the relevant law applies. We do not sell information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request. An authorised agent may contact us on your behalf; we may need proportionate information to verify the request and the agent's authority.

Children
This publication is intended for a general gaming audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us information can contact us to request deletion.
